RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Color preference
  • Style preference
  • Personal expectations regarding fit or appearance

Returns and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@spiraliumofficial.com with photographs and a description of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for the return process and arrange an appropriate resolution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized products
  • Custom-made products
  • Products returned due to size preference
  • Products returned due to color preference
  • Products returned due to personal preference or change of mind

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges.

Please ensure that you select the correct size, color, and product before completing your purchase.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions regarding the return process.

For all other situations, return requests are not accepted.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable laws within the European Union. Where required by law, customers may exercise their statutory rights.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to process the refund.
