TRACKING INFORMATION

SPIRALIUM is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier.
SPIRALIUM is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages caused by shipping providers.
If an issue occurs, we will do our best to assist you in opening a claim with the carrier.
